Hello, I'm Theresa Bell

For more than 25 years, I have coached coworkers, family members, and friends through every stage of their career journey, especially interview preparation. Many of them have leveled up, grown in confidence, and landed new opportunities. As an Operations Supervisor in Corporate America for over 13 years, I also sat on the other side of the table, interviewing candidates for open positions.

Where it all started

My journey began with my late Aunt Debra (Debbie) Jones, Head of HR at the 36th District Court in Detroit, Michigan. She mock interviewed me before every new opportunity. I would start out nervous and unpolished, but her immediate feedback, and the chance to restate my answers, left me polished and ready. Those lessons helped me earn many opportunities and promotions over a 30+ year career, and they are the foundation of everything I teach today.
